Broken remote

When this arrived it was slightly smaller than expected. My first instinct was to return it. However as I looked at it I realized it looks good. The remote did not work at all but it was minor and I just did not take time to try and get replacement. One of the things I liked best is the ability to lock controls so the little ones cannot change your settings.

Beautiful and efficient!

As a large apartment manager, we have purchased similar items like this from Home Depot, Lowes and direct from the distributor. This is by far the best and prettiest one! I did a little something extra and added on top of the glass beads, some of my own polished crystals. Wow! It looks amazing. I love the different color settings... It's almost time to change to green for March! You won't be disappointed with this purchase.

Dissapointed

Could not screw legs on because holes didn't line up. Extremely disappointed.

Clunking noise

It's a beautiful place to make the fire, it gives off a nice heat, I like it.

not worth the cost

Pre-drilled holes for the fireplace legs were not aligned, causing the fireplace to wobble. Buyer beware.
