We ordered this matching base for our patio set's umbrella and it's very heavy and sturdy. The set looked beautiful when put together and fits perfectly under the table! One of the attachment was missing and I messaged the seller and they got back to me super quick. We love our set!

I purchased this used (with expectation that the packaging would be damaged as described). I am not pleased that a part is missing -- the tube that holds the umbrella in the stand. I have the base and the tightening ring and the hardware, but not the tube. And, of course, I discovered this when I ventured out to set up the umbrella this fine Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend when I've finally been able to get my back deck in order for Spring. Sigh. in all other ways, the produce arrived as described and appears to be a good product. I like the way it looks. I will come back and change the stars appropriately if I ever get the missing part and can see how it actually works.

I was able to exchange the stand and since the new one came well within the window of time before I had to put the old one in a box to ship back, I could use the box from the new one. Very hand. The replacement stand was all in order and is not holding up my umbrella on the deck. It works great and looks great. As described. Sure, it's always an inconvenience when parts are missing, but Amazon did right and I'm a happy customer.

One note. I called the phone number for customer service and found their help to be less helpful than simply using the exchange system online (other than they were able to confirm that there is no way to simply request a missing part).
