Gymax 700W Oil Filled Space Heater Radiator w/ Adjustable Thermostat Home Office

We have an enclosed porch which was only suitable to use during the summer months. Now when the temps outside are colder (early spring and late autumn) we can still enjoy sitting in our porch. We don't anticipate we can use this once the snow flies, but this little heater does exactly what it advertises - slowly (and safely) warms the people (and cats!) sitting around it. We didn't expect it to heat a large area, nor did we want to try with an uninsulated porch. But on cool, rainy days, we throw on sweatshirts, and it's a nice place to sit and visit. I would buy it again!

I bought this heater as I wanted something that would help heat in my living room area to cut down on the heat pump and to save on energy and light bill. It heats up really nice and is very quiet. The clicks it makes I hardly hear them unless I'm trying to specific listen for them. I always keep it on eco mode and set the temp between 70-72, and it's pretty accurate according to my nest thermostat on the wall. The eco mode feature allows the heater to automatically adjust if the heater needs to be on Low, Medium, or High heat output. I have my heat pump set down to 62 and this heater always seems to maintain the heat at what I have it set too and it seems to always operate on Low when it's in the eco mode, which I know is saving me money. The only thing I wish it had was a remote, but that's no big deal as I hardly adjust its settings. When I first got it, there was a smell from it for about a day because of it being new. But now I never notice any type of oil smell or anything. I would recommend this if you want something very quiet and you want to save on your energy bill.
