    Great for Circulation

    I like it, great for elevating my legs. I started doing leg raises every night, this pillow allows me to do it in my bed vs the floor. It's firm memory foam, I have heavy legs and experienced no sinking. This also assist with sleeping and elevating my head.

    Works great for my GERD.

    Having less pain from GERD since using this wedge the last several days. Lessens back and neck pain compared to piling ip pillows to prevent reflux. I was concerned about the feel of the covering for the wedge pieces and being too warm but it's very comfortable and non-irritated to my sensitive skin. I find it comfortable to watch TV in bed. As far as sturdiness, I can't really say as I've had it for only 5 days. The pieces do stay put when piled up even without using the velco.
