After hip replacement surgery, I now can return to our regular toilet seat but need help to get back up to a standing position. Because there's no place to attach a permanent bar, we ordered this product. It is sturdy, easily adjusted to the proper height, and the arm rests are comfortably padded.

This was the only product I could find to work with a bidet seat installed. Most safety rails bolt into the toilet but this is not possible with a bidet seat assembly. Bidet seats are quite high at the back. The Oasis rail sits just above the bidet assembly and can be adjusted vertically. Additionally, the adjustable width feature is a big plus. Clean the floor and the suction cups well and add a bit of petroleum jelly to the cups to ensure proper adhesion. When installing, make sure the suction cups lie on flat tile - not over grout lines. The rails are not as steady as the bolt-down ones but if installed correctly, will provide enough support. My main reason for getting it was to accommodate the bidet seat while having rail support, and this works well for that purpose.
