Great for plus size people!

Great for exactly what I wanted it to do. I'm a plus size woman and wanted a step to be able to stand on to be able to do stretches. The weight capacity on this step is more than what I need, but nice to know the structure is sturdy and will last a long time.

As Advertised

This step is exactly as advertised. Mine is pink with the risers. Very sturdy, and lightweight. This is my 1st time stepping and I can tell you it is no joke. Use this along with Jenny Ford videos (free on amazon prime) and you will get your cardio along with toning.
I would recommend this step, it is high quality. I am happy with my purchase.

Lightweight but still sturdy!

I use this as a large and stable step stool, with the occasional exercise. I weigh over 350 pounds. I feel totally safe on it and it's light easy to pick up and move.

Make sure the blocks fit

When all the pieces are connected it doesnt feel as sturdy. When you just have one block on it does. Sometimes when you raise the steps the blocks doesnt stay in. I use it for workout purposes and for the most part it does the job.
