    Horrible customer service

    This Juicer works well when it works. My auger is stuck inside of the juicer. The machine will not release it. It has been like this for weeks now and no one can help me or respond. This is the worst customer service ever. This machine is not cheep and it comes with a 15 year warranty. So far it looks like a useless warranty so far. I recommend this machine to others and my aunt just bought one right before I had this problem.
    I will never recommend this machine again because of the horrible service or lack of service that I am getting with this machine.

    Such an amazing machine. Had to get my Mom and Brother one after they saw how easy it was to create juice you pay a fortune for in stores. And who knows what's being added in the process. The self cleaning is a plus. Win Win with a 15 year warranty !!! You can also close the hole so you can fill up to 16oz inside the base of the bowl. If you want to turn your health around into a light you've never felt. This is the juicer to give you that inspiration to enjoy juicing everyday.

    Incredible juicer

    I juice carrots daily, upwards of 5 pounds and this slow, Masticating Juicer is pretty amazing! It is the quietest juicer I have ever owned, and I have had many. The pump output is very dry with a high juice output, because of that it sometimes requires an easy clean out in the juice release chute.
    The locking mech is awesome so you know all is locked in the right place. This a a QUALITY machine at a fraction of the price of similar juicers.
