    Save your knees!

    I have been doing HITT classes daily since quarantine started. My knees were sore since my workout room floor is hardwood over cement slab. This mat took away my knee pain immediately. I was able to go back to doing jumping lunges and plank jacks without having knee pain. The mat does not slide around or curl up. It is worth every penny! I wish it was bigger so my jump rope would not catch on the end. That is the only drawback.

    Perfect mat for high impact and for PiYo !

    I love the size and how easy it was to roll out.
    I just started my own virtual fitness classes and the mat makes it perfect . I can move any way and still be on the mat . It cushions my jumps and high impact moves.
