I use this in a short term rental that we also use. It's been durable and it's comfortable. Yes, it pills, but you just use a sweater shaver and it's fine. My other expensive furniture pills too and that's what they told me to use. This is a great sofa for the price

This furniture looks even better once assembled than on the item page. It is comfy and it takes about 20 min to assmeble the love seat. We use it as a patio furniture but it can also serve inside the house, as a bedroom furniture. So far looks very sturdy and even after getting wet in the rain couple of times, it didn't get bad or rotten. Great value for the money.
