Packaged well and fully assembled at arrival. I was able to get it mounted into my vinyl siding (found the joist between floors to mount it into) within a couple hours. Very pleased with the awning. Super easy to open. More tension to close but not bad.

Take your time assembling. It will be worth it.
The instructions suck. Now that it's out of the way, I will say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It does not come with wood mounting hardware. I had to improvise with some t nuts and carriage bolts. I installed it on the side of my gazebo and had to make some adjustments so that it would clear the roofline. I will stain the additional pieces of wood I had to use to match. You will definitely need help assembling the fabric and pulling it through the pipe. It's sturdy fabric so it will withstand the tension.
Adjusting the pitch is relatively easy once you figure the tightening sequence.
Overall, I am happy with this purchase and will probably buy a matching canopy for the other side of the gazebo.
