    Too firm

    I want a soft one. The mattress I ordered on this bed is very uncomfortable and very strong. It is not soft at all. Some people like solid mattresses, but I believe most people don't.

    Frame broken out of box!!

    I'm ready to love this bed, but I'm totally disappointed!! First of all, it's hard to take the bed out of the box. If it is not bad, it will be very comfortable! But replace the frame

    It broke!

    On two different occasions, my bed broke in the middle of two places. I have repaired it. I'm a little disappointed.

    Not worth how expensive they are and bad quality

    I bought two such beds in June this year. Because the cloth is very thin. I gave it two stars simply because the bed is very high, easy to store, and the mattress is very comfortable.

    What I want to send to me is a returned product: the bag is cut, and there are two holes on the mattress support cloth where the springs are torn, exposing the metal bracket.
