    Worth the money!

    This helps so much with my feet. The fact you can take the inserts out and wash them. There aren't too many similar products out there you can do this with. Love it!

    A product your feet would appreciate

    If your have plantar fasciitis you need this product. At first there is pain since it is a deep tissue massage. It is quite painful at first. But continue to use it and you will notice the benefit. It took me a week until it was not so painful. My arch is massage easier than using a tennis ball or frozen water bottle. It has helped me with with the knee problem and heel issue. Which was a result of the way I walked due to the foot pain. I use it routinely to stretch the arch and the other pain I have been experiencing due to plantar fasciitis. It works great on tired feet too. Helps massage the muscles so it not so tired.
